- 3 cups milk
- ¼ cup water-soaked almonds
- 2 saffron threads
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 tsp green cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds
Steps to prepare almond milk :
- Peel off the soaked almonds. Put the peeled almonds and half a cup of milk in the grinder and grind them finely.
- Boil milk in a pan, when the milk starts heating, then add almond paste, cardamom powder, saffron and boil it on low flame for some time.
- Add sugar and boil it for 1 minute and then turn off the flame.
- Pour it in a glass, garnish it with chopped almonds and drink it hot or keep it in the fridge after cooling it.
