1 cup raw VLC Gupshup Cashew
Soaked for at least 4 hours, and then drained
A quarter tsp pink Himalayan salt/table salt
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Directions:
In a high-speed blender, combine the cashews, salt, and yeast with 3/4 cup of water.
For about 40-60 seconds, process until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
